COVID-19 safety protocols, in conjunction with Ontario Ministry of Health Summer Day Camp Guidelines, will be in place for staff and campers in Summer 2022 to provide everyone with a safe environment.

Our various camp programs run from July 11th – September 2nd.

Work opportunities are available for 6, or 8 weeks.

Requirements

  • You must be at least completing Grade 10 (as of June 2022) to be considered for a staff position at Riverwood.
  • IMPORTANT: As part of our commitment to our staff’s health and safety, as of Summer 2022, all staff (and eligible campers) will be required to be fully vaccinated (as per Health Canada) for Covid-19 by June 24, 2022.
  • You must be available 5 days a week Monday to Friday. The camp day is approximately 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. plus travel time.
  • You must be available for Pre-Camp training in June and July
  • You must provide the camp office a copy of a current First-Aid and CPR certification by July 5, 2022.
  • It is not necessary for a potential staff member to have had any previous camp experience.
